cheese PollenzoThe University of Gastronomic Sciences, the Wine Bank, the Albergo dell’Agenzia hotel and Guido Ristorante Pollenzo - the four components of the Agenzia di Pollenzo - will host many activities and initiatives during the four days of Cheese.

In addition to the events listed in the program, you will also find many other attractions.


The Albergo dell’Agenzia hotel and its terrace overlooking the park (once the royal estate of King Carlo Alberto) will be transformed into a tasting point where you can sample:

  • artisanal sandwiches
    made with organic bread from Bio Forno in Dogliani (baked from stone-ground flours from the Mulino Sobrino in La Morra) and Slow Food Presidium Classic Robiola di Roccaverano or Rebruchon from the Val Susa, both aged by Arbiora in Bubbio (Province of Asti), paired with a glass of wine selected by the Wine Bank, either a Barbera from Nizza Monferrato or a Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
  • Grom’s artisanal gelato
    made from high-quality Piedmontese whole milk and carefully selected ingredients, including some Slow Food Presidia, served paired with a sweet glass of DOCG Asti
  • Pizza Mon Amour
    Monday September 21, a special event dedicated to real pizza with two great masters of the art: Gabriele Bonci from Rome and Enzo Coccia from Naples. To drink, a selection of artisanal Italian beers.


banca del vinoThe Wine Bank, was opened in 2004 and serves as a repository for the historical memory of Italian wine. It will host two vertical tastings on Friday and Saturday. Other activities and guided tours will also be held here.

will be open to visitors on Friday 18 and Monday 21 September from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm;
and on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September from 11 am to 4pm.
