The UniSG Alumni Association organized Saturday, September the 17th, a taste workshop. Mozzarella di Bufala, Robiola di Roccaverano, Murazzano, French Goat Cheese and Feta will take the stage, presented in an innovative combination with Terre Rosse olive oil from Hispellium.
This workshop will be held by prof. Cristiano De Riccardis, Olive Oil and Cheese expert that conducts Master of Food courses as well as Cheese Tasting classes at UniSG Master Programs.
The meeting point is in Pollenzo, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele at 14.00, from where we’ll move to the Banca del Vino offices for the workshop.
